Hello, my name is Claire Yang, and I’m the founder of YCAC Bay Area! I am a 14 year old freshman living in Santa Clara County. I’m so honored to have the privilege of leading such an amazing group of passionate youth. I am a part of the YCAC Twitter team, and I am very passionate about advocating for environmental justice! I am also the CEO of Gen Z: We Are The Future, an organization with a mission to empower Generation Z to advocate for change. I think that empowering youth advocacy is very important, which is why I am also a part of Zeneration’s Community Committee! In my free time, I love playing the flute and listening to music. I hope to pursue a career as an Entrepreneur, Business leader, or an Engineer of some sort.
